Critical thinking results in a desirable outcome which is mostly goal-oriented. It involves analysis and evaluation before coming to a judgment. It generates questions, the mind tries to have a problem -solving approach and make logics. Powerful thinking is one that is reflective and inquisitive. This is a very important component for transforming students, young, adults. Reflective thinking is simply to go in the depth of actions and reason for doing them; it means to understand something in a better way and exploration of emotions and reactions. Way to goal- ACTIZEN contest schedule

Here comes the ultimate opportunity to indulge young minds in a creative and mind-opening contest. ACTIZEN aims to let children understand the concept of democracy in their way. It is not just a quiz contest but civic education contest . Here comes the complete schedule of the contest so that every child prepares according to it and does a fruitful hardwork to achieve the goal. 1. REGISTRATION: the registrations will begin for students, teachers, and schools on November 28, 2019. 2. STAGE ONE-ACTIVITY 1&2: will take place on or before January 27, 2020. The students will select a theme, complete activity 1&2 of stage one and submit proofs online. 3. STAGE TWO NOMINATIONS: will take place from January 6, 2020, onwards. The schools will nominate a team comprising 4-6 students to participate in stage two. NOTE: ONLY THOSE STUDENTS WILL PARTICIPATE WHO HAVE FINISHED STAGE ONE. 4. Desh Apnaye, a non-governmental organization is willing to bring the change by introducing a civic education contest named ACTIZEN   to make young minds an active citizen, which beliefs in strengthening the three pillars which citizenship education, volunteering, and community action. This is not just an inter-school contest but an opportunity to architect the country’s future by giving a helping hand to accelerate the thinking process of young minds. This quiz aims at bringing awareness among not only in adults but among school children ranging from grades seven to nine.
